Excellent customer service! After 20 yrs of no problems with my Civic, my ignition key wouldn't turn. That required a tow to the closest dealership, Fowler. My contact was Jason Otto, service rep. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and a clear and consistent communicator. Having never experienced this issue, I asked many questions and needed time to research. He was patient and allowed me to "park" my car there until I made a decision, all the while providing guidance. Fowler ultimately fixed it, and did a great job. Our experience this week at Fowler Honda was the opposite of that, and we could not be happier! Shout out especially to Shae and Khalid. We recently purchased a 2025 CR-V from Fowler Honda, and the experience exceeded all expectations. I tend to be straightforward, which some people find challenging, but Damien was fantastic. Not only did he handle it with ease, but he also built a genuine connection and completely understood our needs and concerns. The communication was outstanding—none of that typical dealership pressure where they try to push a deal no matter what. We walked in and told them we were visiting other dealerships, and, as expected, Damien stayed cool and calm, like a spring breeze. To top it off, Fowler Honda offered us the best price with plenty of discounts that were highly competitive for the area. Other dealerships either made me angry or gave us ridiculously high prices, often adding features we didn’t need, like flashing brake lights. Honestly, don’t waste your time elsewhere. Fowler Honda is the real deal. If I could give them 20 stars, I would!

However, we had our eyes locked on the 2025 CRV Hybrid sport and we didn’t wanna subtle for anything else, so the next day we started looking again and found Fowler Honda!! It was a 30mins drive from us but it was 100% worth it!! We walked in and were helped by Keegan (Salesman), who showed us the car we were interested in. He walked us through everything in detail and made us feel comfortable with our purchase! The store was poppin but they helped us as soon as they could and answered all the questions we had in the meantime! Javier (finance) and Roberto (manager) helped us with financing and getting us to the price we were wanting to be at! They gave us a great deal on a warranty package as well! If you are looking to buy a Honda I would recommend to support this dealer out of all the dealers in Colorado!!

On Saturday I made an appointment to drop off my lease at 9 am. After waiting for 10-15 min Chris finally came over to help me. I decided to test drive a 2025 CRV while I was there, and was impressed by the car I drove and asked Chris about the pricing. Alex P came back to me with the pricing sheet after I got back from my test drive and started going through the options. The first offer was completely off base and did not track with the online offers I secured from Fowler Honda and Fisher Honda online before stepping in the show room ( I made sure to only inquire on offers for cars that were confirmed available and on lot). This discouraged me quite a lot and I was about to turn in my keys and look elsewhere for a new car and be over with it, but Alex P saved the day when he noticed the lease pricing I was being offered was not for the car I had test drove and inquired about! It was for a hybrid with much more expensive trim, a $7k MSRP PRICE DIFFERENCE! Alex quickly went back to Chris to fix the situation and after a couple back and forths we were able to come to a much more reasonable deal that matched with my original quoted price. Throughout the entire process Alex was accommodating and attentive. He made me feel like my business was actually appreciated after such a rocky start. If it weren’t for Alex I wouldn’t have left Fowler Honda with my brand new CRV!!! Couldn’t be happier with the lease deal we settled on. The process was very streamlined once we got to financing, thanks again to Alex for making my end of lease process less stressful.

Work with Greg if you need a new car. He's an authentic, non-pushy salesman who gets it about connecting as humans first. That's the very first step to be successful in sales. People will buy from you if they like you and not just the product you sell. Greg will genuinely listen and care about your situation as opposed to pretending as is the case at most dealerships. I bought my 2020 Honda Civic Si February of this year. I bought slotted and drilled rotors and took it in as I had questions about changing them myself.. I talked to Brandon and he gave me a bunch of information and told me he’d be more than happy to replace them for me as I didn’t have the tools. His service was absolutely incredible, as well as everyone else in the service department. They were informative, knowledgeable, and even gave me a rental when my car needed more than planned. Had been putting off getting a recall issue fixed bc the dealership where I live said it would need to keep my car for 2 days. Called here on a whim and they said come in whenever, no appointment needed. Jason in Service had the documents printed and ready before I even showed up, and I was in and out in about an hour.

Exceptional, Outstanding, customer Service! Chris is always there and on top of business, he and the sales team made the purchase of our 2018 Honda Crv pretty painless & straightforward, on the service side Jennifer & Faith have exquisite phone etiquette and follow up skills, Marcelo was incredibly kind and personable with the Fowler shuttle service. As a member of a 5 star team here in Longmont, I can recognize the work ethic when I see it! We will be coming back for all of our service needs, and I imagine over the years for multiple autos as well. Myself and Partner are very pleased with our experience and welcoming to the Fowler Fam!
